No, please contact us so we can update our records ahead of time.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Request for refunds must be received in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to the first day of the event for a full refund less a $100 administrative fee per registrant. No refunds will be issued if written notice is received within the two (2) weeks prior to the first day of the event. If the event is cancelled, all registrants will receive an email notification and a full refund of their registration.
